TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

BOOKINGS 

Prior bookings are essential. To avoid disappointment, 
please
contact us as soon as possible with your
preferred dates. We will reply immediately 
by email and if the dates are not suitable, 
we will offer the best alternatives 
we can. Because of the nature of our business, we prefer bookings well in advance. 
Naturally, we have to work on a "first come first served" basis. 


PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT 

A
small deposit may be required to confirm a booking with 
FLOAT TUBE ADVENTURES. 
 
On receiving this, we will immediately contact you, preferably by email, confirming your booking. 
A receipt will be forwarded to you. Be sure to include your address and contact details. 


CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you have to cancel your trip,
FLOAT TUBE ADVENTURES will refund you in full under the following circumstances: 

1. If you give more than
one week (7 days) notice of cancellation of your fishing trip, or

2. If we are able to fill the time you have booked with us with another client. If we are able to only
partially fill this period, you may receive only a portion of your deposit. 

3. If a cancellation is made by
FLOAT TUBE ADVENTURES due to unforeseen circumstances. If we
have to cancel due to weather conditions, we will endeavor to offer an alternative quality fishing
location or date that will suit both parties.


FINAL PAYMENT 

Final payment for services can be made either by cash, or by travelers check.
